Because our products are prepared and shipped directly from our international partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including situations where you ordered the wrong size, no longer want the item, or the product does not suit your preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can review it and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable. Certain items such as personal wear garments or items marked final sale may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. Orders are processed quickly once placed, therefore cancellations or modifications may not be possible after fulfilment has begun. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which means you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major fault.
