📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time within Australia is typically 7–15 business days, depending on location and seasonal demand.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can also track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page located in the footer of our website.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


🔁 What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Original packaging must be included

💳 How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
